NOVA U13 ID CAMP – COMPETITIVE PATHWAY PILOT PROGRAM
Nose Creek Softball is excited to introduce the Nova U13 ID Camp, the first step in our new competitive pathway.
Nova is designed for athletes who are motivated to improve and willing to invest in their own development. This program focuses on guided individual growth, helping players establish measurable goals and create a plan to achieve them.
Athletes selected for the pilot program will receive guidance beginning in the fall to improve key performance metrics through dedicated effort at home, and in group or private training opportunities.
We understand the obstacles multi-sport athletes have at this age when committing to a traditional club style training regimen, and are excited to offer guidance to ensure your athletes softball skills and friendships grow while her schedule remains manageable.
Development areas include:
-Throwing Velocity and Arm Strength
- Speed, Agility, Strength and Overall Athletic Performance
- Swing Mechanics and Small Game Skills
- Position-Specific Skills
- Softball IQ, Game Awareness & Mental Performance
The Nova coaching staff will help athletes identify areas for improvement, establish development goals, and track progress throughout the offseason. Success in the program will be driven by each athlete’s commitment to putting in the work between sessions.
Athletes completing the program will be considered for a placement opportunity on a provincial tiering team to compete in spring of 2027. The team will also apply for CMSA league play in the Rep Division, if available. For more information regarding the key differences in CMSA Divisions, please reach out!
