Highlights from last years run & the well inauguration of Sheni Kondala...the village that the funds raised from last years event went towards supporting.

It takes a village....
As many of you know Benard Onsare is hoping to make the Canadian Olympic Marathon Team. His family has finally been able to join him in Canada now that he has become a Canadian citizen. He is married and has a daughter that will be 13 in the fall, a daughter who just turned 5. His wife is expecting a son in September. Their family does not have much and could also use some help. Benard can't work 2 jobs and also try for the Olympic Team.

There are a number of ways you can help;
1) Sign up for the Run with Benard on August 24. The race is $25 and all proceeds will go to help Benard. Register via the Running Room.
2) Purchase a Benard 2020 T-shirt ($40)
3) Donate money or things for the family.
