Start your day with purpose and put in the extra work that separates good players from great ones.
Our CIHA Breakfast Clubs are built around focused, progressive skill development with an emphasis on practical game application.
Key Areas of Focus:
• Edgework – Develop posture, control, balance, and mechanics that transfer directly into game situations.
• Skating Mechanics – Improve edges, transitions, acceleration, and changes of direction.
• Puck Skills – Combine skating and puck control to create speed, separation, and space.
• Eyes Up & Decision Making – See the ice, create deception, process pressure, and make better decisions with the puck.
• Progressive Development – Build skills week to week with a clear progression toward game application.
This year we will also be having Goalie instruction during ice session with instructors from TTZ GOALTENDING and curriculum will be overseen by Director of Goaltending Theo Zubot. Limited space for goalies.
Weekly Lead Coaching Lineup:
Monday: Chloe Puddifant & Mia Landry
Tuesday: Brody Sutter
Wednesday: Gord Baldwin
Thursday: Gord Baldwin
Friday: Rotation of CIHA Head Coaches including Development Director Gord Baldwin
Each session will bring a different coaching perspective while maintaining a consistent focus on skill development, habits, and game transfer.
This is about more than getting extra reps. It’s about developing stronger mechanics, better habits, greater confidence, and more complete hockey players.
