My Simple Beef Stew Recipe

You need:
• Onion
• Garlic
• Chili pepper 🌶️ (optional)
• Zucchini
• Beef (stewing beef works best)
• Bell pepper
• Carrot
• Tomato
• Potatoes
• Tomato sauce
• Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, bay leaf or any spices you love
• Basmati rice to serve

How to make it:
1. Sauté chopped onion and garlic until soft and golden.
2. Add beef, season it, and cook until lightly browned.
3. Add carrot, bell pepper, chili, zucchini, tomato, and potatoes.
4. Pour in tomato sauce and enough water to cover everything.
5. Add spices and let it simmer on low until the beef is soft and the stew is thick and rich.
6. Serve hot over fluffy basmati rice.
