Start with a 90 minute 1-on-1 session for a comprehensive core assessment, guidance for improving your breathing pattern, and an introduction to the hypopressive breathing technique and technical components of the postures
We offer 3 options for our Hypopressive classes:
1 class per week
Unlimited classes per week
1 private session + unlimited classes per week
