Calgary handstand academy is adult handstand training built around progress, play and community.

You don’t have to be a gymnast. You don’t have to be flexible. We build strength, technique and confidence to get you upside down and then keep progressing from there.

Because you just never know where you may meet your biggest fans!! This moment cracked me up so hard. Stamps won the football game and everyone was allowed on the field post game. Some kids were practising handstands, so naturally I went and joined them.

Classes are resuming September 10th. Please DM me to register as space is limited. We work on strength, flexibility, core, balancing, kicking up and holding, walking and jump entries and press work for those who are Interested.

A question that randomly goes through my head at beautiful places…could I handstand there? A rock, a lookout, a Photo Booth, a waterfall??? The answer is usually, I’ll try 👍💪
