One of the best parts of Forma has nothing to do with the equipment or the workouts 🤍💪 It’s the people. The encouragement during hard sets, the familiar faces in class, the conversations before and after workouts, and the feeling of walking into a space where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. Strength training is what supports everything else, it helps prevent injury, improves how you move day to day, and builds a foundation that carries into every workout.
