Hey-yo! Have you missed us?! 👋

We’ve been here the whole time; just not as active on this IG or FB account as we once were (we sort of needed a break).

Since we last posted we’ve been quietly crushing our own goals, training a select group of clients, and renting out our wonderful little studio to other health/wellness professionals.

But the universe is telling us it’s time to start getting back out there, so we’re here to say, “Reach Out!” 📣

We’ve got evening availability for PT and small group clients, can schedule you in for that much needed energy healing, or talk to you about renting the studio space, if that’s your jam.

So, reach out, even if it’s to say hello because we’d love to know what you’ve been up to and how we can help.
