“I have been struggling with weight and ambition to work out for a long time since all of my efforts previously have not payed off. Daily activity was becoming hard since I also have arthritis and my joints were in pain. I decided to give Margo a chance because I was getting desperate to not have pain/ weakness in daily activities without struggling.
First and foremost the first changes I saw was a decline in pain because she was able to make a work out suitable for me that targeted my weaknesses and strengthened them. I was impressed since last time I had a personal trainer instead of helping me they managed to hurt my knee and I needed extra medical procedures to fix it. My body and movements feel a lot better, but secondly I am feeling better in my body. I have lost inches and fit clothes better. Because of these changes my confidence has gone up as well and went from one piece swimsuits and hiding from photos to a two piece swim suit (that I would never have worn before) and being comfortable with taking a photo and having it posted.”

It hurts me to see that there are individuals out there that have bad experiences with personal training that deter them from seeking help to make daily life more enjoyable. My goal is to make at least one positive change in any of my clients lives, through diving deep into past medical history, researching if I have yet to encounter something, movement assessments, specifically tailored programs to your goals, while also working on balancing the entire body. I’m glad March took the leap of faith to train with me and seeing her confidence increase is all I can ask for.
