Do you feel the shifting of the seasons? As we head into the darkest days of the year it is important to find deep rest in what is often the busy and hectic holiday season.
Join me December 20th at Big Sky Fitness in Legacy as we welcome the return of the light with gentle Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a sound bath in savasana, featuring crystal bowls, wind gong, chimes, crystal pyramid, ocean drum and more.
