Where to find Explore More YYC Fitness:
Our small private studio can sometimes be a bit difficult to find—a bit of a hidden gem!

We are located on the second floor of the Sunalta Business Center. It’s a wonderful white brick building that we share with some amazing groups and businesses.

Parking:
✅ Ample on-site parking is available, although it gets a bit full during peak hours.
✅ There’s plenty of FREE street parking, including those along 10 Ave SW, and 11 Ave SW.

Entrance:
1️⃣ You can access the gym through the front door, which is normally unlocked during regular business hours. From there, head up the stairs, go through the Sunalta Business Center doors, walk all the way down the hall, then you’ll find us on the left hand side.
2️⃣ There’s a back entrance through the alley. You’ll have to punch in the code (which we’ll give you after your studio tour -or- signing up for your first class), head up the stairs, and the gym will be on the right hand side.

We added a new small-group class to our schedule this week:

Every Tuesdays and Wednesdays at NOON, we invite you to join our Power Hour Strength class.

Every class we will focus on different muscle groups.

Wherever you are in your fitness journey right now, you’re welcome to join. Your instructor can provide progressions or modifications to make sure every exercise is challenging enough, while making sure you can execute every movement safely and confidently.
