Two years of research. Two years of design. Countless late nights. And then - this moment.

Sean unboxed the first TuffHill ebike and finally held our dream in his hands.

Entrepreneurship is a wild ride. They say it'll take twice as long and cost twice as much. Sure. But they forget to mention how unbelievably rewarding it is along the way.

Today, as we deliver another bike, we just wanted to pause and remember where it all started. Thank you for believing in us. We're pretty grateful we get to do what we do.

It was one of my most memorable test rides.

Before Lynn even got on the bike, her husband, Clem, handed me a single sheet of paper. On it was a detailed spreadsheet he created comparing the TuffHill specs to every other ebike he was interested in.

"I'm an engineer, Sean" he said. "And the specs of your bike speak for themselves. We're just here to make sure my wife feels as comfortable as you say she will when she's riding".

After a spin through Confederation Park, Lynn's smile was the seal of approval Clem was looking for.
