A bit about Emily:

“My name is Emily and I am so excited to be a part of your fitness journey! Growing up as a dancer, I always loved intentional movement and working towards a goal. As an adult, pilates has helped me rediscover the joy of movement and the pride in challenging myself to try new things. I would love to help you discover new energy and elevate your practice with my progressive programming. I believe Pilates is for everybody and with intentional modifications, anyone can experience the excitement of moving in ways that challenge you and feel good. No matter what stage of your Pilates journey you’re in, my goal is to ensure you leave each class feeling better, stronger and happier!”
