Conveniently located in the Metro Tower 2 Lobby, we’re just steps from the SkyTrain, directly above the bus stop, and right beside the security office.

🚗 Enjoy free parking in P1 and P2, with a fully covered entrance. Simply take the elevator from the parking levels straight to our lobby.

✨ Our studio features:
• Two change rooms
• Two showers
• Two washrooms
• A spacious lobby to relax before or after class

🔥 Our heated studio comfortably accommodates 30+ members per class, and every class is led by our team of certified instructors who are passionate about helping you feel your best.
