It's hard to believe it's already been 6 months since Pilates on the Slope moved into its new home.
These photos are a little glimpse into the studio today. It's still a work in progress, but every month it feels a little more like home.
As I've been reflecting on the last 6 months, I'm feeling incredibly grateful. Not just for this space, but for the people who fill it.
Some of you have been with me for years, and it's been such a privilege to watch your journeys unfold. I've celebrated with clients as they've reached personal milestones, worked through challenges, and accomplished things they once thought were out of reach.
One of my favourite parts of teaching is seeing those quiet wins: the first time an exercise finally clicks, improved balance, standing a little taller, moving with more confidence, or accomplishing a movement that once seemed impossible. Those moments are just as exciting to me today as they were when I first started teaching.
Thank you for trusting me, for showing up consistently, and for being part of this wonderful community. Your support over the last 6 months has meant more than you know.
The studio still has a few finishing touches ahead, but I'm excited for what's to come. For now, I'm simply grateful. ❤️
