Happy National Lifejacket Day!

Choose it. Use it. A reminder to always wear a lifejacket when in, on and around the water.

Did you know it’s way easier to plan out a solution in a state of calm vs. In crisis.

Now that you have time to sit down and think about some questions it’s a great idea to write them down 😊 This allows us to check in to see how we are doing and coping with all the extra stresses we are currently dealing with.

Have you attended a psychological first aid course? This is a great way to practice your skills you learned in class!

I have attached a link to get your own pocket book from Red Cross to make sure your in the best mental health you can be.
