Congrats to everyone who raced and volunteered this weekend at Valley Vertikiller, Victoria Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Pumpkin Spice Run and Granville Island Turkey Trot! Bring all the good vibes out to this week's social run!

Meeting at 6:30 pm at Dageraad Brewing on Wednesday, October 14, we will have 2 route options available: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster route. Stay afterward for bevies, snackies and catch up with great company.

Don't forget to bring a headlamp or light, and dress for visibility. See you out!

We are kicking off the October social runs from Dageraad Brewing!

Join us at 6:30 pm with headlamps or lights and dress for visibility. There will be 2 route options available: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster paced route.

After you finish your run, join us inside on the mezzanine level for beverages, snacks and great company!

Please join NBR for the weekly social run, this time from THE AMAZING BRENTWOOD .

We will meet at the fountain in the plaza that is across from the Starbucks. There will be a 5 km all paces and a longer route option.

We encourage you to wear orange in recognition of National Truth & Reconciliation Day, and ask that you take time to reflect on the day's significance.

Let's celebrate a beautiful fall day with a social run from Dageraad Brewing !

Meeting at 6:30 pm, we will have an all paces 5 km route option.

Stay afterward for the NBR Dagerside Chat! We are happy to have Roxy Bauer join us. Being one of the 2026 Buck Me This Goat is Knackered (BMTGIK) Hall of Famers, she will speak for a few minutes on her training and experience doing the challenge, followed by a short Q&A. Whether you are running shorter distances or looking for a ultra challenge, we hope you will be inspired.

This Wednesday we are heading to Steamworks Brewing Co. on Williams Street, Burnaby, for this week's NBR social run!

2 route options are available: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster option. Be warned: there will be hills but nothing you can't handle.

Stay afterward for snackies, bevies and great company. Lots of stories to share from an epic weekend of racing!

Join in on some September run fun with NBR! We are meeting at Dageraad Brewing at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, September 9 at 3191 Thunderbird Crescent, Burnaby.

There are two route options: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster run. Stick around post run for snackies, bevies and great company!

As well, if you ordered an NBR hat, we will have them available for pick up. There are a few hats still available for purchase so don't miss out!

It wouldn't be summer without NBR's annual 🍦run to at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody!

On Wednesday, August 26, we are meeting at the Stoney Creek Trailhead on Beaverbrook Drive (between Beaverbrook Cresecent and Noel Drive, see map on 2nd slide). There is lots of side street parking. Lougheed Town Centre is the closest Skytrain station to the meet point.

From here, we will run the approximately 7 km route to Rocky Point Ice Cream. It will be warm and little shade, so don't forget your hydration and sun protection. Route will be posted to the Strava event notice and in the IG bio.

From there, after some well deserved ice cream indulgence, we can take the skytrain back. Looking forward to seeing you all!

We are excited to welcome Salomon Running to this week's social run at Burnaby Lake!

Salomon will be on site with the Aero Glide 4 road shoe and the AG4 gravel shoe. This is a great time to put the shoes through their paces and see if one of them is right for your training and racing.

If you are interested to demo one of these models, please be at the Burnaby Lake parking lot (3520 Sperling Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4X5) by 6:15 pm to get fitted. We will be running a 5 km all paces and a longer, faster paced run shortly after announcements at 6:30 pm.

Stay afterward for bevies, snackies, a cold treat and to get pumped for this weekend's Squamish 50!
