It isn't quite sweater weather yet but fall is upon us! Come celebrate to start of September with a social run from Dageraad Brewing .

We will meet at 6:30 pm in the parking lot. There will be 2 route options available: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster paced run. Stick around post run for bevies and snackies with good company!

It wouldn't be summer without NBR's annual 🍦run to at Rocky Point Park in Port Moody!

On Wednesday, August 26, we are meeting at the Stoney Creek Trailhead on Beaverbrook Drive (between Beaverbrook Cresecent and Noel Drive, see map on 2nd slide). There is lots of side street parking. Lougheed Town Centre is the closest Skytrain station to the meet point.

From here, we will run the approximately 7 km route to Rocky Point Ice Cream. It will be warm and little shade, so don't forget your hydration and sun protection. Route will be posted to the Strava event notice and in the IG bio.

From there, after some well deserved ice cream indulgence, we can take the skytrain back. Looking forward to seeing you all!

We are excited to welcome Salomon Running to this week's social run at Burnaby Lake!

Salomon will be on site with the Aero Glide 4 road shoe and the AG4 gravel shoe. This is a great time to put the shoes through their paces and see if one of them is right for your training and racing.

If you are interested to demo one of these models, please be at the Burnaby Lake parking lot (3520 Sperling Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4X5) by 6:15 pm to get fitted. We will be running a 5 km all paces and a longer, faster paced run shortly after announcements at 6:30 pm.

Stay afterward for bevies, snackies, a cold treat and to get pumped for this weekend's Squamish 50!

It's summer and we are ready for some Burnaby Lake tailgating (and running of course!).

Join NBR at 6:30 pm at the Burnaby Lake parking lot beside the Rugby Club building (parking lot address: 3520 Sperling Ave, Burnaby, BC V5B 4X5). We will have 2 route options available: 5 km all paces and a longer, faster paced run.

Feel free to stay afterward for freezies, snackies and BYOB. Don't forget your chair and bug spray!
