The Burnaby FC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Sunday, October 4, 2026, and all Burnaby FC members are encouraged to attend.

The AGM is an opportunity for members to learn about the club’s progress over the past year, hear updates on key initiatives, and gain insight into the direction of Burnaby FC. It is also an open forum where members can ask questions, share feedback, and have their voices heard. Whether you’re a new or returning family, the AGM is a great way to better understand how the club operates and play an active role in its future.

Interested in Running for a Board Position?

Members who are interested in contributing to the continued growth and success of Burnaby FC are invited to run for a position on the Board of Directors. Those wishing to stand for election should submit a cover letter and resume to Guido Titotto ([email protected]) no later than Friday, September 25, 2026.

Burnaby FC is pleased to welcome Sue Herring as the club’s new Head of Grassroots.

Bringing decades of international playing and coaching experience, Sue joins the club with a passion for player development and building positive soccer environments. Originally from the United Kingdom, she enjoyed a decorated playing career that included winning the Women’s Premier League in England, lifting the Women’s FA Cup three times, and representing the North and North East of England at both the U18 and U21 levels, as well as the English Universities. Sue also founded, played for, and coached her university team before embarking on a coaching career that has taken her across the United Kingdom, the United States, Ghana, and Canada.

“We are very excited to have Sue join our Club,” said Burnaby FC’s Executive Director Morgan Quarry. “She brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion to her role as Head of Grassroots. Her hire is another significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to building an excellent technical team across all aspects of the Club.”

“Community is a cornerstone of who we are, and Sue brings further experience to our team through her extensive grassroots background and her work as a Canada Soccer Coach Developer,” said Director of Football Scott Ansell. [Burnaby FC’s] priority is building strong meaningful connections across our entire community, supporting our players, mentoring our coaches, and engaging our families. Sue’s experience and collaborative approach make her the perfect fit to lead and inspire our community as we continue to grow.”

Missed the deadline? There’s still time to join the 2026 Burnaby FC Labour Day Tournament! Registration has been extended until Sunday, August 16.

We’ve also added a special promotion for participating clubs:

⚽ Referral Credit: Refer a new team and both teams receive a $50 credit.

⚽ Returning Team Credit: Teams returning from the previous BFC tournament receive a $50 credit.
