If you did not complete payment before the registration deadline, unfortunately, your registration can no longer be completed.

WEIGHT DIVISION CHANGES

If you are contacting us to change your weight division, please log in to your Smoothcomp account. You can still edit your registration until 11:59 PM today, September 17.

After this deadline, no weight division changes will be processed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

The cancellation period has also ended.

If you are unable to participate for any reason, we appreciate you letting us know so we can adjust the brackets accordingly. However, we are no longer able to process cancellations or refunds.

At this point, refunds will only be issued after the tournament to athletes for whom we were unable to find a match. No other refund requests will be processed.

COACH CREDENTIALS

If you are sending your academy’s coaches list, please note that the number of coach credentials available is based on the number of registered athletes from your academy location:

Up to 10 athletes — 2 credentials
Up to 20 athletes — 4 credentials
Up to 30 athletes — 6 credentials
Over 30 athletes — 8 credentials

We are currently receiving a high volume of emails. If your question or issue is not addressed above, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
