On these hot humid days I don't feel like eating lunch - but rather drinking lunch, so today I made this smoothie and it hit the spot!
Recipe:
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 Tbls Pb2
1 tsp honey
1 scoop Choc protein powder
1 Tbls chia seeds
1 cup ice blocks

It turns out nice and chunky!

When I get home after coaching I am ravenous - today I made this quick and delicious salad:
Arugula 🌿
Baby spinach 🌱
Apple 🍎
Shredded chicken breast🍗
Goats milk feta
Cranberries 🎈
And roasted pine nuts (my favourite part)☄️
I washed it down with a glass of beetroot juice!!
Now I feel refueled and ready to get my own workout in🤸‍♂️while soaking up some Vit D!
