Thursday evening we had a great discussion about strength and lean muscle for women over 40.💪🏼 A goal for these Healthy Longevity for Women events is for everyone to go home with at least one strategy that they can implement into their lives right away.✅ I am grateful for such a great group of women and all their amazing questions and desire to learn. Thanks for coming ladies and thanks for sharing your takeaways!!!🙏🏼
