‼️1 WEEK UNTIL SOCCER STARTS‼️

We are excited to head outdoors and start our soccer season!

For the first week we encourage that your child have:
💧 a clearly labelled water bottle
🏃 comfortable clothing and footwear to run in
🧢 hat and sunscreen based on conditions

Your child can certainly wear cleats if you have them but it is not a requirement! Most importantly bring energy and be ready to have fun!

We wrapped up our Winter session last week and you may have noticed there were a few extra people in classes!

The last class experience where we invite parents, guardians, sisters, and brothers to join us is a meaningful one. The important people in the child’s life get to see the growth and achievement first hand while celebrating the effort and progress the child has put forth all season.

There’s also a modeling effect. When these role models join in the class they’re demonstrating that being active is valuable. That can influence how their child views activity long term!

Most importantly, an end-of-year session that invites parents, guardians, sisters, and brothers to join acts as a milestone where effort, improvement, and teamwork are recognized. Involving important people in the child’s life makes that recognition feel more meaningful.

We are so proud of all our participants and the effort they put forth all Winter!
