Your child will fall in love with meditation, freedom of movement and heart-centered living. Sandra is trained through Mini Me Yoga Canada and is currently in the process of completing her certification to teach The Yoga Birth Method and Prenatal Yoga. Sandra also works as a Certified Parenting Coach Practitioner, hosts a Parenting Show called Get Real Parenting and feels very strongly about this yoga program helping children develop positive coping tactics.
