REMINDER! Registration tonight at the Burlington Legion!

Hey Burlington Dart League!

We hope you are all enjoying your summer and hope you and your teams are getting ready for another great 2026-2027 dart season!

GREAT NEWS!

We will be holding Registration for the Mens, Womens, and Mixed Divisions on Wednesday August 19th and Wednesday August 26th, 2026 from 7 PM – 9 PM at the Burlington Legion (downstairs).

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Each Team can register a minimum of 6 players up to a maximum of 12. For the mixed League a minimum of 2 ladies and 2 men are required.

2. Venue registration fee is $50 per team, to be paid by the VENUE and to be paid on registration night. Supplying snacks to the home and visiting teams is at the discretion of venue management.

3. Player registration fee is $35 per player. A minimum of $210 in player registration fees is to be paid on registration night. The balance of the player registration fees must be paid by the 3rd (third) League playing night. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Any player whose registration fees are not received before the 3rd League playing night will not be eligible to play and all captains will be notified accordingly.

4. All players must be registered by the Team captain. Fees are payable to the BURLINGTON DART LEAGUE and must be accompanied by a completed registration form indicating Team Name and Venue together with player name and contact information.

5. After the season has commenced, for any new player joining a Team, notification must be given one week in advance to the League Secretary and Results Secretary along with the $35 registration fee.

6. No player can sign or be transferred to another Team after December 31st of that playing season.

7. Any NSF cheques received by the League must be settled within 7 days of notification with the amount due plus bank charges and a $25 penalty charge. Failure to settle will result in the Team being ineligible to play.

If teams are looking for a venue, please reach out to us and we can offer suggestions of venues who are looking for teams.

Lastly, we will be holding a general meeting around the third week of Sept once registration and schedules are complete to discuss the league and rules. Stay tuned for a date.

Dear Burlington Dart League Members,

Thank you again to everyone who was able to make it out to our End of Year Awards Banquet! It was truly a fantastic evening filled with great food, great company, lots of laughs, and many memorable moments. It was wonderful to celebrate another successful season together and recognize the accomplishments, sportsmanship, and dedication of all of our players throughout the year.

Please note there were a few awards not picked up from the banquet, I will be reaching out to captains and players to coordinate a pick up night at the legion - please check your emails in the coming weeks.

On behalf of the entire Burlington Dart League executive team, thank you to all players, captains, sponsors, venues, and supporters who helped make this season such a success. Whether you were a returning player or joined us for the first time this year, your participation and enthusiasm are what continue to make this league such an enjoyable and welcoming community.

We are already looking forward to the 2026–2027 season and cannot wait to see everyone back on the boards this fall! We’re excited for another year of competition, friendships, and fun nights of darts. We also look forward to welcoming new players and teams into the league as we continue to grow.

Registration information and important dates for the upcoming season will be shared in the coming months, so please keep an eye on your email and our league communications for updates.

What a finish to an incredible season. After months of competition, dedication, and countless darts thrown, Finals Night brought everything together in one unforgettable evening. The energy in the room, the support from teammates and fans, and the level of play on the boards truly showcased the best of what our league is all about. From big checkouts to nail-biting finishes, it was a night to remember and a perfect way to close out the season. Congratulations to all teams who earned their place on Finals Night—you made it something special.

MEN’S LEAGUE DIVISION 1 CITY CUP CHAMPIONS 🏆
Legion Hitmen

A dominant and consistent season capped off with a championship performance. Legion Hitmen rose to the occasion when it mattered most and earned their place at the top.

👏 Runner-Up: Legion 60

A strong and competitive team all season long, Legion 60 pushed their way to the finals and proved they belong among the league’s best. A fantastic effort from start to finish.

MEN’S LEAGUE DIVISION 2 CITY CUP CHAMPIONS 🏆
Shooterville Sharkfins

An impressive run through the season and playoffs sees the Sharkfins claim the Division 2 title. Well deserved and hard fought.

👏 Runner-Up: Black Swan Mad Dogs
A resilient and determined team that battled their way to the finals. The Mad Dogs showed grit and consistency all season—something to be proud of.

WOMEN’S LEAGUE CITY CUP CHAMPIONS 🏆
Legion Shooters

A fantastic performance on Finals Night secured the championship. The Shooters brought skill, composure, and teamwork when it counted most.

👏 Runner-Up: Legion Stingers
A strong showing throughout the season and into the finals. The Stingers competed at a high level and made it a great match to close out the year.

As we wrap up the 2025–2026 season, we want to extend a sincere thank you to all teams across the Mixed, Men’s, and Women’s leagues. From week one to the finals, you brought great competition, sportsmanship, and energy to every match. There were amazing darts thrown, memorable games, and many great nights shared across the league.

A special thank you goes out to all of our hosting bars and venues for their continued support and for providing great spaces for our league to play each week.

We hope everyone had a fantastic season and we look forward to seeing you all return for the 2026–2027 season. Stay tuned for more information in the coming months.

End of Year Banquet Reminder 🎉

The Burlington Dart League End of Year Banquet is back on Saturday, May 9th, 2026 at the Burlington Legion. We look forward to hosting another great night this year and hope you and your teams can all come out and have some fun.

Tickets are $30.00 and are on sale now.

Doors open at 6:00 PM
Dinner is served at 7:00 PM
Tickets will be available through the League Executive: Melanie, Jeannine, Tina, and Amanda. If you would like to purchase tickets, please reach out or email the league and arrangements will be made with you and your team.

This year’s banquet will feature music and dancing, a delicious buffet dinner, door prizes for all, and grand prize giveaways.
