BAMA (Burlington Academy of Martial Arts) Offers an amazing Group and personal training for women. Our Women's only Instructor has over 20 years experience leading group classes, and our Women's only KICK-BOXING Boot Camp fitness program is designed to keep your body challenged and help you meet your fitness goals. The Women's program is a mix of (Maui Thai style) kick-boxing with focus on the f

undamentals of striking, using heavy bags, boxing pads and boxing drills.The fitness component incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength and Circuit Training and Military style drills (aka Boot Camp training). This program will provide you with challenging Cardio, Core, Flexibility and Muscle endurance training at any fitness level!! You can also text: 647-893-4135 for a quicker response. You may have already heard that BAMA will be shifting to a “virtual” format, with online classes - to pick up where we ALL left off with our training!

SOON, YOU can tune into our live broadcasted workout, while training from the comforts of your home.  

All you have to do is find some dedicated Space for your workout, ideally in a place where you get the best wi-Fi reception - and Join the Class from your desktop, laptop, tablet or Mobile device! 

Here some additional details: 

✔️Classes are OPEN to all BAMA Women’s Only Members (& BJJ Moms)
✔️NO extra Cost to Join the Classes
✔️NO Online Sign Up or Sign-In Required
