Yes. Guys need to work their Bootay as well. A big ass is a strong human. What I'm doing here is over loading the posterior chain mainly the glutes, then I finish off glutes with a high reps super sets. And yes that's 630lbs ...

Boston. The love of my live, he came to me at one of the lowest parts of my life. He quickly became the best thing in my life. We have had highs and we have had very low lows, but he has always been here for me. Always eagerly awaiting me to come home. when he notices that I don't go to work in the morning he cuddles the hell out of me. And he can bring a smile to my face in a snap of a finger. Love yea Bizz ❤️❤️

245lbs for 5 sets of 5. Goal is to squat twice a week. Working on getting depth in the squat and power from the hole. #1 goal is to add size to my lower body and ass. If there's any powerlifters with any tips that would be greatly appreciated. I love to be humbled ❤️. Going to try and be more active on Instagram.

🚨The Touque keeps the pump🚨When you get to train with your best bud from hack home AND you get to train arms.... you get a smile like that!!!! The past year had me so stressed out that I couldn't care less about training. Now for the past few weeks that's all Im thinking agian. Even getting the itch to compete agian!!!

Got to go get a lift in with an old pal and training partner. Row row row till you grow. Can never tow enough. Decided to row the whole stack hahaha. Just wake up and get s**t done.
