The truth is, even if something has typically worked well for your body in the past, it won’t necessarily always work well for you.
Our bodies adapt and change over time. Our metabolism speeds up and slows down, our muscle mass changes, stress levels change, workout intensity changes, and our routines just change. Even if it seems like things have been pretty much the same, chances are that these tiny and almost undetectable changes over time have adjusted what your body needs (even to maintain)!
More often than not, checking in with your food habits (⭐️making sure you’re eating enough), workout program, sleep schedule, and stress levels will solve the problem! It doesn’t have to be fancy or time consuming either, but it has to work for you (and not just on paper or on the good days, but actually in real life)!
This is your reminder to check in with yourself to make sure that the things you’re doing now, and nearly everyday are aligning with the outcome you want to achieve for your health (physical and mental) and fitness! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
