Time to celebrate and all that she gave to our MADcommunity, MADones, and our MAD team over the past 8 years 🙌🥂🔥💪

Marion came in to check us out for her 1st class back in 2016 and from then on started incorporating MADabolic into her training routine. We noticed and enjoyed her silent competitiveness and feistiness to push hard, and how she naturally loved connecting with our MAD community. She definitely belonged from day one!

We also respected she was well known and loved in the Burlington community, as a rockstar yoga instructor, and had years of experience in the fitness industry.

From putting on special yoga classes for our MAD members, to continuing to work hard getting stronger and making gains in our program, we had an awesome thing going on, and that was just the beginning of her MAD journey.

She stepped up to take on our training on-boarding process to become a part of our team in 2018. After years of delivering hard work and loyalty she took on the role as assistant GM in 2023 and got to bring more to our MAD community and out in the Burlington community. Fun connections, memorable events, and workshops! 🙌🔥🙌

We got so much MADlove for you Marion! Thank you for helping to keep our MAD community and Family strong throughout the years together! 💪❤️

Let’s give that MADlove out to trainer Christy. She was the newest addition to our MADsquad within this past year. She started off as a member back in 2020 and from her 1st class she fit in perfectly and we knew she was meant to be a MADone 😈

Christy, was know to always bring it in every class she took part in! Her persistence to keep progressing in gaining knowledge, strength, and confidence was incredible to see and inspiring! She had a plan all along. To become a MAD trainer!

Christy, we are sorry your time wasn’t as long as you wanted it to be in this role with us. But, we couldn’t be happier you shared your dream to be on our floor coaching classes because you definitely proved you belonged there! Our MADsquad was complete when you were added to it and we had the most rockstar team to close out with 💪❤️💪

I speak for our team and MAD member that we all enjoyed seeing you do everything possible and work your MADass off in your trainer on-boarding process. We ALL were beyond proud of you for conquering that quest and living out one of your dreams. It definitely was one of the biggest highlights of 2024 🔥🙌🔥

So much MADlove for you and we know you’ll continue to grow and shine as a trainer now outside our MADwalls! ❤️

We’re not done celebrating our MAD squad! Let’s give it up for trainer Heather 🙌

joined as a member back in 2017 at the tail end of her pregnancy as she moved from Toronto to Burlington. Her natural athleticism and fierce work ethic was obvious to us even at 8-9 months pregnant. We knew she was a keeper!
She trained with us right up until it was time to deliver her 1st baby. We wished her well, but made sure to say, “when you’re feeling ready to come back, we’ve got plans for you”!
We wanted her to become a MADtrainer! 😈

Well Heather and her known determination came back, and she jumped on the opportunity and worked her butt off post baby and hit our training floor as a coach in 2019. We knew she had it in her and she became a key playa on our MADsquad to date 🔥🙌🔥

Known as our staple Saturday early morning coach and takes the vote for best MAD arms 💪 and let’s face it many other things 💥 Thank you for always bringing your best Heather and treating everyone with kindness while kicking their butts too! 👊

Time to razz and give MAD love to trainer Dave as this is the kind of relationship you would get with him. And if you did, you knew he loved ya! Once Dave hit our training floor as a member in 2020, he was all MAD in! He was focused to progress! We love his go getter force, infectious charisma, and passion to crush challenges he puts himself up for! Becoming a MAD trainer came into his vision and he put in ALL the hard work to conquer that goal and joined our team in 2022 💪 We needed that additional flare and fire to our team and are proud of the huge gains he has achieved on the training floor and a coach, while taking part in classes, and outside our MADwalls 💪🔥💪

Sarah has been with us since 2019. Started off as a dedicated member and then caught our interest. We encouraged her to become a MAD trainer and we couldn’t be happier she stepped up and joined our squad in 2021 and became a key player on our team 🔥💪🔥 A true Gem your are 💎 MADlove!

Let’s give it up to trainer Rob as he has closed out coaching his final classes with us. Join us in celebrating what a rockstar of a MAD trainer he has been throughout all the years. Known to always brighten your morning with his infectious energy, deliver a solid class, and takes the pole in making the best playlist 🔥💪
Most of you know, Rob started off as a member back in 2016, then worked hard to transition into being a part on our MAD squad in 2019. The rest is history! A true staple to our team!
