6 weeks post-show and my body has acclimated to the calories - digestion has improved, daily energy improved, and I’ve been able to maintain a healthy appetite with the caloric surplus.

I want to attribute a smooth reverse period to staying in routine since the show. Morning cardio / workout hasn’t been missed and my routine really hasn’t changed at all. We spend weeks/months developing a prep routine that keeps us in flow state - maintain it post show! I’ve fallen into every trap there is post show and have experienced everything there is from the swollen cankles & up 40lbs in a week + sleep apnea and snoring so loud my neighbours could hear me. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to have sleep apnea (besides open bb pushing 300lbs) if you’re doing things effectively.

Feeling like I’m in a really good spot for me to start and excel this off-season. Let the gains begin 😄
