10 weeks 3 days out 2022 on the left vs 10 week 2 days out in the right
Silently been working on improving the back double bicep pose. Now i can clearly see the new muscle that was put on in the offseason, lot more density and lat flare as compared to last year😍
Hence the year was well utilized💪🏽
Can’t wait to bring the best package of my light on stage in about 10 weeks

Filling up all the gaps especially the lats flare in the front shots and overall muscle density

Had the pleasure os working with PT client and friend and helping him get him in the best shape of his life
He had a strong foundation in weight training to start with and was super driven and motivated to reach his goals
All that coupled with proper training and nutrition helped him get into this shape
Really hard working individual and didn’t give up even though he faced a lot of challenges through out the transformation .. proud of you brother and like i always say “we just getting started “💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🙌🏽🔥
