Looking for something to do this weekend? Why not check out the Marystown Expo this Saturday & Sunday (Oct 3&4) at the Marystown Hotel?! There will be so many vendors offering unique crafts, toys, home goods, and more! Miss Alden will be there with Rosy Bakes Bake Shop, stop by and say hi! ☺️

Happening tomorrow!!

Join us this Wednesday, September 30, for Wellness Wednesday! Three classes, three ways to move, one good cause! Entry by donation, all proceeds will go to the Community Mental Health Initiative Fund 🩷 Spaces for each class are limited, sign up today on our website to guarantee your spot!

8AM: STRETCH/YOGA
A great way to start your morning, this session starts with some grounding breath work before moving into some dynamic and static stretching to help you greet the day feeling refreshed and energized 🧘‍♀️

12PM: HEELS DANCE (BEGINNER)
Bring your heels or sneakers and some water as we learn a beginner heel combo to “Dirty Diana” by MJ! Come try something new, you might surprise yourself! 💃

6PM: LINE DANCING (BEGINNER)
We’re turning into a country saloon! Wear your favourite Western attire to do some classic line dancing numbers - don’t worry, we’ll teach you the steps! 🤠

No experience required for any of our classes! Come check out the studio, get moving, and support a local cause 🩷
