What’s your fitness or instructor story?
Having been a figure skater for over 15 years, physical activity has always been a key part of my life. After retiring from skating, I discovered spin. From my very first class, I knew spinning was my new calling. I love spin for the music, the lights, the intense sweat, the challenges, the hair flips, the post-spin zoomies, and especially the community I get to ride with. I am eager to inspire others with my passion and help them discover their own love for spin. ⭐️

With 12 years of experience in the fitness industry teaching yoga / meditation, hiit, and personal training, Nina is deeply passionate about helping others step into their full potential - Physically, mentally, and spiritually. She truly believes that we rise by lifting others. Her passion transpires in all her classes. She has a relentless thirst for living life to the fullest and for being the best version of herself. Her intention as a coach is to inspire others to do the same and to push her clients to achieve their goals in a safe space environment.

For the last 13+ years, spin has been my creative outlet, my therapy and my safe space. I come to the studio knowing that a rhythm ride has the power to turn my bad days into good ones and make my good days even better. I love rhythm rides because I get a lot more out of my daily exercise when I move WITH people. There is no other workout that has the power to make me feel the way rhythm rides make me feel and that is what I hope I can share with all of you! 🖤

What’s your fitness or instructor story?
I moved from New York in 2002 where I worked in healthcare as a recreation therapist and child life specialist. Exercise and staying healthy have always been a huge part of my life, even more so after having my two kids. While trying out the various fitness classes in Montreal, I found myself falling in love with indoor cycling and dancing on the bike. Suddenly working out became fun and a way to look forward to exercising. I chose to carry what I knew about helping others and teach to the whole person and not just as a physical sweat. Riding would be a physical, emotional and mental workout and escape. A time to let go, focus on yourself, cry, smile, sing out loud and feel like your best self moving through the day, month or year. I have 11 years of experience teaching in 3 different studios in Montreal. We ride to the beat of each song incorporating upper body choreography and a weights sequence. I will help you adapt each ride to your fitness level so each rider can participate to your max. I hope you leave smiling and sweaty! ⚡️🚴🏼‍♀️

I started spinning after 17 years as a competitive swimmer in 2020 because I needed something that would push me to the next level. What started out as a hobby quickly turned into a lifestyle. I began my spin journey during COVID-19 and got the opportunity to reflect on what it was all about as I practiced alone in the spin room. I learned through my competitive years that the journey should be as rewarding as the achievement itself. I think that’s a perfect way to describe spinning and how I want my classes to be. I transfer my motivating energy into my playlists and presence in the room and I try to make everyone enjoy my classes as much as I enjoy sharing them with others. Spin has always left me with the perfect feeling to start or end my day and I aspire to give that back. ✨🤍
