What a great time today at PFA learning from the legend John Wayne Parr 10x world muay thai champion. A lot of fun was had 😁
It was great to finally get a chance to meet and learn from my favorite fighter 🙏
Still hoping one day to travel to Australia and get some training in with him🤞
Big thank you to Brad Wall for hosting the seminar and having us at his gym. Always an incredible human 🙏
It was even cooler to train alongside, and partner with you during the seminar 👊

Last night Viviane Meyer and Burke Sutton made their walks to the ring for their first sanctioned amateur bouts.
Im exceptionally proud of both of them for stepping in their and showing true courage and heart 👏
Both athletes were up against bigger opponents, they put in all the hard work during fight camp and they gave it their all in the ring.
Although the bouts didn't go our way, both athletes walked away un injured, learned a lot of resourceful information for their future bouts, and had a lot of fun.
Next week we go back on the mats and keep grinding and learning.

Thank you to everyone who showed their support and traveled to cheer Burke and Viviane on. It means more to the fighters then you know.

Big shout out to for chatting it up with my athletes and walking Viviane to the ring with us. You made her night that much more special.
You truly are an amazing soul, thank you 🙏
