Mental Health Day reminds us that wellness isn’t just about the body — it’s about the mind.
Golf gives young athletes a powerful space to grow, breathe, and connect:

1️⃣ Stress Reduction — Peaceful outdoor play helps calm the mind.
2️⃣ Improved Mood — Movement + friendship = a happier you.
3️⃣ Cognitive Function — Strategy and focus sharpen mental skills.
4️⃣ Self‑Confidence — Every shot is a chance to grow.
5️⃣ Social Connection — The course brings people together.

Today, we celebrate the game that supports our athletes on and off the fairway.
