Seaway Self Defence Academy

Seaway Self Defence Academy We offer what is classically known as Japanese JiuJitsu . We offer sparring to improve above skills and timing.

This consists of learning how to fall, (breakfalls), Strikes, Throws, Joint locks, some groundwork, Self-defense from various scenarios. Current Instructors:
Dan Krupa: 10th Dan
George Lynch: 8th Dan
Kathryn Roe-Guerin: 8th Dan
Matt Lingard: 3rd Dan

Juniors class is Tuesday 6.30pm to 7.30 pm

Seniors class is Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7.30pm to 8.30pm
