Nobody can explain the bond you’ll develop with your kid. They are your world, your everything, your purpose, your why.

Proud of this kid and watching him chase his dreams, but selfishly miss having him home.

My heart is full again, after seeing Ave play in the Jr A. Brockville Braves, home opener last night!!! 🏒

I am beyond proud of his work ethic, dedication, and resilience to adapt to a new team, home & school.

Amazing game with a solid 4-2 win 🏆 and a slightly crooked nose after a high stick to his face 🤦🏻‍♀️ (because why wear a cage anymore 🤷🏻‍♀️)…

They say your vibe attracts your tribe. That’s exactly how I feel with this team. We are 4 months in, and we are loving every second.

So extremely grateful for each and everyone of these trainers who I get the privilege of calling my team! Thank you for everything you guys do for our community, for putting up with the crazy ideas and shenanigans of working with AG and being a part of the best F45 in the world. 🏆

He wasn’t even born yet, and we already knew he was going to be a hockey player.

From the first time he stepped foot on the ice, he has been determined to work hard and go after his hockey dreams. 🏒

It’s been him & I for 14 years and tomorrow he will be off to follow his dreams and play Jr. A hockey for the Brockville Braves.

I’m excited for him, but selfishly I’m not ready for him to move out. I never thought I would be an empty nester so young, but I’m so proud of his determination and drive.

With every change comes challenges, but with every change comes opportunities.

I love you Ave! I’m going to miss you so much! I’m so proud of you! 💙 🏒
