☀️ And that’s a wrap on Summer Camp 2026! ☀️

What an incredible summer it has been! 💛

A huge THANK YOU to all of our wonderful BGA families for entrusting us with your precious children this summer. We are so grateful for the opportunity to spend our days with them, watching them learn, grow, laugh, play and make memories. 🤸‍♀️☀️

We wish everyone a happy September and a fantastic first week back to school! 📚✏️ We hope your summer was filled with lots of fun, new friends, gymnastic skills, sunshine and wonderful memories.

A very special THANK YOU to our Camp Coordinator, Jacey, for all of her hard work, dedication and organization throughout the summer. You did an amazing job helping make camp such a success! 💛

And of course, thank you to ALL of our amazing coaches! We truly could not run our summer camp without each and every one of you. Your energy, patience, creativity and enthusiasm make such a difference to our campers. 🤸‍♂️❤️

A special shout-out to our lead coaches, and to our two university coaches who returned this summer Rylee and Elodie who stepped into charge coach roles. We are so thankful you chose to spend your summer with us and take on those extra responsibilities!

Today we’re saying goodbye to one of our amazing coaches as she begins an exciting new chapter and follows her passion for teaching dance. 💕✨
You have been such an important part of our BGA family for so many years. You’ve grown with us, given so much of yourself to our gymnasts, and become a familiar and valued face in our gym. Your dedication, energy and the relationships you’ve built with our athletes will not be forgotten.
While we’re definitely sad to see you go, we’re also so excited to watch you pursue something that is clearly your calling. We know you will bring the same passion, heart and dedication to dance that you have brought to gymnastics. 💃❤️
Thank you for all the memories, hard work, laughs and years you have given to BGA. You will always be a part of our gym family, and our doors will always be open to you.

🎉 Happy Birthday to our amazing Recreational Coach, Morgan! 🎉
Today we’re celebrating someone who truly is the heart of our recreational program! 💕 Morgan has been a part of BGA for an incredible 14 years, and her dedication, organization, motivation, efficiency and commitment never go unnoticed.
Even while working a full-time job, Morgan continues to give so much of her time and energy to our gym. She shows up, gets the job done, and somehow never misses a beat! Her attention to detail, reliability and the pride she takes in what she does are just some of the many reasons she is so incredibly valued.
Honestly, our little gym could not run the way it does without her! She is simply that good at what she does, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our BGA family. ❤️
Morgan, thank you for 14 amazing years of dedication and for everything you continue to do for our gym and our gymnasts. We appreciate you more than you know!

Today, we’re sending our heartfelt well wishes to four incredible young women who started their journey as gymnasts right here at BGA and grew into amazing coaches. Since they were 13, they’ve been dedicated, inspiring, and such a big part of our team. As they head off to post-secondary, we couldn’t be prouder. We’re wishing them a fantastic first year, and we can’t wait to see all they achieve. Stop by and visit—we’ll miss you so much!”

🐣💙 WHAT IS A SHRIMP CLASS? 💙🐣
If you have a little one who is 1–2.5 years old and walking (or just getting there!), our Shrimp Class is the perfect way to introduce them to the gymnastics world!
But don’t worry — they don’t need to know how to do gymnastics! 😊
Shrimp is all about exploring, moving, climbing, balancing and having FUN in our gymnastics facility while building important early childhood skills along the way.
✨ What does a Shrimp class look like?
We start and finish with a little bit of structure — songs, movement and simple activities — but most of the class is all about open exploration and discovery.
Your little one can:�🤸‍♀️ Bounce on the trampolines�🧗‍♂️ Climb and explore�⚖️ Walk across balance beams�🐛 Crawl through tunnels�🏃‍♀️ Run, jump and move�💙 Explore different gymnastics equipment�👶🏻 Play alongside and interact with other little ones
And while they’re having fun, they’re also developing gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, body awareness and confidence.
Just as importantly, Shrimp gives little ones the opportunity to experience a new environment, be around other children, practice taking turns and following simple directions, and learn through play.
🌟 It’s not about perfect skills — it’s about giving little ones the freedom to move, explore and discover what their bodies can do!
