EH x Saje Wellness Pop-Up and Used Yoga Clothing Sale:

We’re so excited to announce a special collaboration between Engine House and Saje Wellness Kingston on June 24th at the Uptown Studio!

Join us for a morning of community, wellness, and sustainable shopping. Alongside all your favourite Saje products, we’ll also be hosting a gently used yoga clothing sale — bring your pre-loved activewear to sell or come browse for new-to-you pieces at discounted prices. If you’re interested in selling your used items, simply reply to this email for more information.

About the festival:

Over the course of this beautiful weekend, we have more than 70 classes covering a wide range of modalities - from yoga to pilates, breathwork and meditation to strength + conditioning, step to HIIT, we have curated a diverse range of experiences. In addition, we also have a fantastic line-up of food and beverage, artisan and wellness vendors. On top of that - yes, this is our “But wait, there’s more” moment - there will be a 5k fun run, DJs, a speaker series, and family programming.

Mantra Song Circle:

An evening of mantra, music, connection, and community in a cozy candlelit yoga studio atmosphere.

Together we’ll explore the basics of mantra, learn a few simple and uplifting chants, and sing in community with live instruments, rhythm, and voice.

This is not about performing or needing to “sound good.” It’s about vibration, breath, presence, and the experience of singing together.

We’ll learn and sing a few accessible mantras that support grounding, openness, and connection. You’ll leave with lyrics to continue practicing at home if you wish.

Guitars and drums or other instruments welcome.
Bring your voice, your presence, and your beautiful self.

No experience needed.
