We have watched this young man for many years,
Jakob (Joey’s son ) has hunted with his father and i for years now, just last year Jakob got his license and started hunting with Joey and i as an apprentice, well tonight just shortly after 4pm this you man that use to set help us set decoys and pick up birds, finally got to pick up one of his own !!!!!

A huge congratulations Jakob on this tank of a Tom !!! What an absolutely perfect first bird !!! We are proud of you buddy !!!!

What an excellent moment for you and your dad to share together I wish I would have been there as well to see if happen !!

Who is getting ready for some turkey season to start ???

And what have you been doing to get ready ??
We stopped at one of our favourite bait and tackle shops the other day (wings live bait and tackle) to grab our tag and stock up on some ammo,
The new TK7’s made it into the go home bag !!! Great stock at wings for ammo and as always awesome service !!!

YOUTH TURKEY CONTEST TIME!!!

This contest has been created to promote one thing, that is to get you and your kids outdoors together. The CWTF Kids Like Us (KLU) program was created to inspire you to help mentor youth. This contest is a great opportunity to do just that and win some amazing prizes (below). Please share with everyone you know! All proceeds go straight to the CWTF KLU program.

This contest is open to teams of one adult (over 18) and one youth from 12-17 years of age. $20 per team
