Egans Poacher’s a great fly, Slim and built to get down fast in the water column.
As a sculpin imitation it’s very effective for me in Olive and Brown, but the profile in the water with the jigging action gives it a real Leach appearance.
I comb out and split Kindale Fly Fishing Zonker strips for the tails but Lance’s original calls for Pine Squirrel
