Wednesday Night Mountain Bike Group Ride 🚵‍♂️

Join us this Wednesday for another great evening on the trails at Upper Clements!

This ride is geared toward intermediate riders and up and is run in partnership with ABOA. Expect a steady pace, great trail conditions, and a fun group of riders.

Work It Wednesday Tip
This week’s tip is all about your suspension!
Your fork and rear shock do more than just make the ride comfortable—they help keep your tires planted on the ground for better traction, control, and confidence on the trail.

✅ Check your suspension air pressure regularly and set it to the manufacturer's recommendations

✅ Inspect fork stanchions and shock shafts for scratches or damage

✅ Keep suspension seals and stanchions clean by wiping away dirt and mud after rides

✅ Watch for oil leaks around seals, which can indicate service is needed

✅ Have your suspension serviced at the recommended intervals to keep it performing its best

A few minutes of suspension care can help your bike ride smoother, handle better, and extend the life of expensive suspension components.
