Good afternoon everyone!

Unfortunately with all the rain we’ve received our grounds and parking area are pretty saturated, and with more rain expected our board has made the decision to cancel tomorrow, June 11th, Gymkhana.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next gymkhana on June 25th!

With this being our first year of implementing volunteer points we are giving members an extra opportunity to earn points. On July 01 at the Canada Day Celebrations in Breton any member, 18+, can volunteer to work a shift at the beer gardens. Any riding member (or someone on their behalf) that volunteers to work a shift will earn all their required volunteer points for the year.
If you are interested in working a shift and are 18+ you can message us on Facebook or via email. We will also have a sign up sheet available at the next gymkhana.

A quick reminder for volunteer points this year:
- PeeWee, Junior, Intermediate, Novice, & Open are required to collect 10 points throughout the year
- Leadline and non-competitive are not required to collect points
- if you do not collect the required amount of points you will not qualify for year end prizes
- each task you complete equals one point
- you can sign up for more than one duty at each gymkhana

The weather is looking great for this evening, and we are excited to see everyone there.

Also with the temps what they are I just want to remind everyone there is no water on site so if your horse needs water please bring it with you!

Concession will be on site as well.

We ask everyone to please be ready so we can run smoothly if you are not ready on 3rd call you will be disqualified from that event!

You can still submit your completed membership forms at any time and email them to [email protected]. Membership forms are attached to the top of our page.

Entry fees and membership fees can be paid online via e transfer to [email protected]. Or you can pay at the announcer booth on the day of the gymkhana.

Good Morning everyone!
Unfortunately due to this crazy wind our board has decided in the best interest of our horse and riders to cancel our first gymkhana.

It makes us very sad as we looked forward to seeing everyone but safety is our main concern!

We hope everyone has a great day and we look forward to seeing everyone on the 28th!

Hey everyone! We are only a couple
Days away from our first gymkhana and we are excited!

Just a few house keeping items.

1-To help speed things up in the office on the day- it would be super awesome if majority would complete their membership forms and send them back to the club email ([email protected]) and you can etransfer your fee. Or print and bring your filled out forms with you. We would greatly appreciate it and it would help keep things moving efficiently.

2- We are trying a new system with online entry the link is posted to the page, we would love if everyone would

3- If everyone can please be familiar with the rule book! If you can’t open the copy on the page please email the club email and we will send you one!

4- Our start time has changed since last year we are hoping by starting earlier we will be done before 1030, that being said we would appreciate if everyone is ready and waiting when their name is called! We will be firm on a 3 call rule!

Good afternoon everyone
Our first gymkhana is less than two weeks away!
A few reminders for everyone:

Warm up in arena starts at 5:00 and the gymkhana will start at 6:00.

If you don't want to wait in a long line the day of please complete your membership forms beforehand! Attached below is our membership package. You can fill out the appropriate forms and email them back to us at [email protected]

All active members will be able to enter online. Online entries will open on May 7th and will close on May 13th at noon. You will still be able to enter on the day of if necessary but in order to save time and keep things running smoothly please enter online!

Entry fees and membership fees can also be paid online via e transfer to [email protected]
Non-rider Membership: $10
Single Membership: $25
Family Membership (same household): $50
Member entry fees: $5
Member Exhibition fees: $5
Non member (Day Rider) entry fees: $15 first horse, $5 additional horse

2026 we will be implementing volunteer points!

In order to qualify for season prizes you MUST complete your volunteer points, if you fail to do so you will not receive a prize!

All riding members are required to complete their volunteer points.

There will be a volunteer sign up sheet available (more info will be posted as we have it!)

PEEWEE AND UP -10 points

We appreciate everyone who steps in and helps where they can, it makes our events run smoothly and helps us get done before midnight!
