🚨 FINALS POST 🚨
Just a few house keeping items for finals on Thursday!

The gates will open at 12pm
Gymkhana to start at 2!!!!

⏰ Once the last rider has gone, we will take a short break to calculate points and get everything sorted out! Please don’t disturb the office at this time! 🛑

Before we roll into prizes we will have our AGM at the bleachers on south side of arena.
The club will be looking to fill the following positions for 2027
-President
-Vice President
-Secretary
-Treasurer
-1 year director
-1 year director
-2 year director
-recording secretary

If you or anyone you know Is interested in these Positions they must attend the AGM!

After the AGM! We will do
Finals -PAYOUT
And Season -PRIZES
In order to qualify for season prizes you must have competed in half +1 gymkhanas to qualify (3) finals does count!

If you are bringing a leadline or non-comp can you please post below how many just so we have a rough idea on how many will be there for the day!

Good afternoon everyone!
The sun is shining! The ground is beautiful and we look forward to seeing everyone tonight!

-There is a concession
- cash/ cheque entry onsite
- there is no water for horses, if your horse needs water please pack it.
- please park respectfully, and carefully there could still be a few soft spots on the north side of arena.
- we do live in Alberta and there is never not a chance of ☔️ we will still run if it’s sprinkling! So maybe throw in a rain coat!

Good morning everyone! There will be no online entries this week, we will be a cash entry onsite, and if you are looking to purchase a membership you can also do that at the office thank you!

Good evening everyone unfortunately due to the large amount of rain that we have received we will be cancelling tomorrows June 25th gymkhana, our parking area is very very wet and soft and we don’t want anyone getting stuck we are very sorry about the cancellations but we cannot control Mother Nature we hope to see you all at the next one and we cross our fingers for sunshine and warm weather!

Good morning!

Just a reminder we are still looking for volunteers to help out at the Beer Gardens on Canada Day in Breton.
The shifts are 12:30-3:00 or 3:00-5:30.

Anyone 18+ who is interested in volunteering please reach out via messenger or you can email us at [email protected].

And remember if you volunteer for a shift you earn all required volunteer points for the season!

Good afternoon everyone!

Unfortunately with all the rain we’ve received our grounds and parking area are pretty saturated, and with more rain expected our board has made the decision to cancel tomorrow, June 11th, Gymkhana.

We look forward to seeing everyone at our next gymkhana on June 25th!
