✈️ We’re off to Disney until Monday!

🚨 Please note that social media & communications will be * very * limited (unplugged) and our Youth Coaches will be handling our sessions while we are away to those that secured their spots to be filled!

🐭 3.5yrs. since our last family vacation and scheduled time off! We’re sorry to be away for this week but thankful for your support and understanding. Very excited to get back to work with all of you after you take this week to train on your own!

❤️‍🔥 Officially wraps on elementary hoops!

Both of us grew up a ton through this mutual love for basketball and as we both continue to figure out who we’re meant to become within the basketball world, gratitude most definitely needs to be expressed on the journey thus far as we both set our eyes on high school full time.

To all of our fellow coaches, trainers, mentors, teammates & opponents that shaped our psyche and experiences…

To all of the parents that stepped up when we both needed help…

To the organizations that allowed us to represent you and also build partnerships together…

To the volunteers, referees, scorekeepers & everyone in between that also play vital roles in making sure youth sports are able to successfully run…

🦅 Our U14s closed out their season this weekend finishing 25th out of the 190+ teams in their age group in Ontario! Capping their 33 (wins) - 13 (losses) with a gold medal for their final season of elementary hoops!

This special group of 9 is composed of 5 players that have grown up together since their house league & U10 COVID rep years along with 4 others who have been with the Brantford CYO program (house league & rep) for another 3+ seasons.

It has been an honour having you all a part of the program through the course of your childhood and we look forward to seeing what high school has to come for all of you.

Big thank you to all of our team members, parents, and coaching staff for their investment in these boys!

❤️‍🔥 Thank you for your patience. Please read through the slides carefully for the full updates on training details & the possible locations for Summer Camps.

👀 May & June Training Calendars can be found here while July & August will be posted on a later date after our camp locations are finalized.

🏀 Girl’s Week YEAR TWO will be on AUGUST 10th - 14th with the main driving force for the date being our available coaches for that week due to their July absences!

💯 All camps can be reserved but we ask you hold off on payment & forms until the locations have been finalized! With the demand for personal and small group training, we opted to just do three weeks of camps & V. Runs this summer to help accommodate those requests! We hope to see you all at camps when you’re available!

We can’t thank all of you enough for playing crucial roles in how great this week was. Competitions, hundreds of repetitions, skill work & breakdowns, safe weights & conditioning, and phone-free social lunches. We’ll take everything we learned running this first week into our future camps ahead.
