Over 150 models of Canadian Horsewear and Horseware Ireland blankets are officially on sale!

​A quick note on blankets: Because we have so many included in this sale, some stock will not be available until the Tent Sale begins on September 16th. They are packed away until we stock the tent, but you can reserve yours now!

On September 14th and 15th, we stock the tent.
We’ll pull your blanket before the crowds arrive on Wednesday, September 16th. If you want us to ship your order, choose ship. If you are coming to the sale, choose pick up, and we will have it waiting for you.

​The goal for launching the online sale now? To get as many orders shipped before the tent sale rush! 📦💨

But, this sale is more than just blankets, with over 1,200 individual products marked down.

​The best part? These sale prices are live in-store right now, so you don't have to wait until the Tent Sale. Sale signs will be posted next week, but all sale prices are now programmed into our point of sale system.

​And keep an eye out, as more sales are on the way! Not every brand allowed us an extended sale period, so we have special events timing out differently. For instance, Helmet Safety Week "happens" to coincide with our tent sale, meaning all Helmets and Vests will be on sale from September 14th to 20th! 🪖

​The first conversation I had with the senior management of Horseware Ireland took place at the Spoga trade fair in Cologne, Germany. They knew my family had built a little Canadian blanket brand, and they wanted to know what my intentions were with Horseware Ireland.

​I talked rugby with the CEO and social media with the international account manager, who had just come to Horseware from TikTok.

​I did my elevator pitch right there in the booth. I gave some backstory as to how my parents started out in the basement fixing horse blankets in 1983, how we built a brand at the Royal Winter Fair, and how deeply invested we are in our team, some of whom have been with us for over 30 years.

​I wanted something exclusive, as well as the opportunity to work directly with their production team. They showed interest, but nothing happens quickly when you're dealing with one of the largest companies in our industry.

​What followed was two years of building the brand with our clients and buying just about every deal they threw at me. This brought us hundreds of new customers and introduced Horseware to our western clients.

​I never gave up on the idea of an exclusive collection, and today, the first of many containers arrived.

Starting Monday, August 31st, we will be announcing exclusive blankets and deals for every size of horse, featuring every brand from the Horseware Ireland collection.
