The 2026 Provincial Boxing Champions championships are over and the Bell City Boxing Club was well represented with Amilya King winning the female 65 KG division and moving on to the Nationals in N S - next month - Kevin Antone came up short in the mens 80 KG division - Rachel Bumbaca got silver and is going too the Nationals Vinny Row got Bronze.

I want to thank my former boxer Jamie Cogger and her husband Matt for a fantastic day yesterday they took me too my first ever N F L game in Buffalo the Bills beat the Chargers 24 - 16 From the bus to and from the game the tailgate party it was an unforgettable day also being the oldest guy on the bus was interesting to say the least šŸ˜‚
