Greetings, I'm Dustin Silzer, Canadian Director, DL CREW member and Lead Instructor at Defence Lab, specializing in the renowned DNA Fight Science program.

Embracing our primal nature is a core aspect of our training, as it reflects the qualities inherited from our ancient ancestors who thrived in challenging environments. By focusing on self-protection, we delve beyond basic survival skills, uncovering the knowledge that enabled our ancestors to flourish.
Acknowledging our hardwired instincts, developed over tens of thousands of years, is crucial. Rather than suppressing them, we aim to harness and transform these primal energies positively.
Through this transformative journey, we discover that embracing our primality does not lead to unchecked aggression, but rather to a sense of composure, focus, and confidence in navigating life's challenges.
