They are not complicated. People just make them that way.

Stick to the basics: eat real food, move your body daily, lift something heavy, sleep enough, and repeat.

You don’t need secret supplements, detoxes, crazy long cardio sessions or magic fat burning workouts.

Master the fundamentals, ignore the noise, and your results will come in time.
