✨ Step Into the Industry Dance Intensive ✨
Ready to experience what it’s like to train like a professional dancer?
Join us August 18–21, 2026, for a four-day intensive for dancers ages 12+ with prior dance experience.
Students will train from 9:00 AM–3:30 PM in:

🌊 Contemporary

🎯 Audition Technique

Dancers will also explore audition preparation and what life in the dance industry can look like, learning from former professional dancers along the way.
🌟 Special Guest: Camilla Hood
A familiar face to BSD, Camilla trained at the Brandon School of Dance for 10 years before joining the Royal Winnipeg Ballet Professional Division at age 13.
Since graduating, her professional journey has taken her to the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Canada’s Ballet Jörgen, and Ballet de Barcelona in Spain, where she has continued to train and perform.
During the intensive, Camilla will return to BSD to teach ballet classes and take part in a special Q&A session, giving students the chance to learn directly from someone who has turned her own dance training into a professional career. 🩰✨
🎭 The intensive concludes with a Friday demonstration at 2:00 PM.
