You never know who’s going to walk through the doors.

Had the pleasure of having INDER BASSI stop by the gym last tonight.

I’ve been a fan of his work, so it was a pretty cool moment to meet him—and even better, to sit down and talk beyond boxing.

We talked fighting, family, beliefs, life, and everything in between. Somehow, we even found out we share a lot of mutual people and connections.

That’s one of the things I love about boxing. You can meet someone from across the world and realize there’s more that connects us than separates us.

Big respect to Inder for taking the time to come through, share some knowledge, and spend some time with our gym.

Always good to see someone from our community putting in the work, carrying themselves with pride, and representing where they come from.

Had the pleasure of having INDER BASSI stop by the gym last tonight.

An incredible night for our community. 🥊

Honoured to have been part of this charity boxing event alongside Peel Regional Police and our City Councillors — and especially proud to have trained two of our councillors for the ring. Rowena Santos Harkirat Singh

A huge thank you to the City of Brampton and Rod Power for giving us the opportunity to be part of something that brings people together, gives back, and shows what our community is capable of.

Being a part of an event like this was truly an honour.

Proud of every one of them for battling through the weekend and putting it all on the line.

The medals are great, but what makes me proud is seeing the growth, the heart, and the willingness to step in there and test yourself.
That’s what this sport is about.

Most people fail early because they try to master everything at once.

Speed. Power. Intensity. Flash.

But without fundamentals, none of it lasts.

As coaches, our job isn’t to let students chase everything.. it’s to help the lock in on the few basics that make everything else possible.

Good form. Good timing. Clean shots. Consistency.

Build that first… and the speed, power, confidence, and sharpness will follow.

Strong foundations create limitless progress.

My percentages might be a little off—but you get the idea 😂

Move your head before and after every attack. Amateur boxing isn’t the same as the pros—don’t just stand there admiring your work.

Head movement creates openings. Keep your head, feet, and hands working together at all times and you’ll start finding those clean shots
