Young Dragons Taekwondo Young Dragons Taekwondo is an affiliated sports group with the City of Brampton operating out of Terry Miller Recreational Centres.

Taekwondo has become the world's most commonly practiced martial art and is an Olympic sporting event. It is an amalgamation of Chinese, Japanese and traditional Korean fighting styles. Young Dragons Taekwondo classes are both fun and challenging. Students improve their physical fitness, mental focus and character development. Programs are designed to meet individual needs and interests based on a

ge and fitness level. The five principles we strive for are: courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit. Our professional instructors are committed to ensuring that all students reach their full potential in Taekwondo and in life.
